In the year 2000, a father-son duo, Frank and Matt Mason, embarked on a mission that would not only transform properties but lives. With roots deeply planted in the buy to let property market, our journey began with renovations—turning uninhabitable spaces into warm, inviting homes. As the UK grappled with a growing housing crisis, we saw an opportunity to make a difference, aligning our business objectives with a broader purpose: to tackle this crisis head-on and provide liveable places for those in need.

 

Our Mission

At Property Transformation Science, we are more than a property development firm; our work extends beyond the construction sites; we aim to provide employment, homes, and a sense of community. With every project, we donate 5% of our profits to charity.

Our Approach

Rooted in the family values instilled by our founders, our approach is one of partnership and collaboration. Our expertise in transforming redundant properties into desirable living spaces revitalizes communities,  We  providing homes to first time buyers, or people looking to downsize.  We know that this can be achieved without overdevelopment so that there will be community space where possible. This is not just an altruistic aim.  It makes selling and renting these properties much easier.  Following the sales of any development units we can then start another project using the same approach.

Our Focus

We develop homes of all types.  However, we are building relationships with Councils and homeless charities who are looking to grow their portfolios to support people in need of suitable housing.
