In 1978, Frank embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding his first company which eventually led him to provide consultancy services to international banks. This exposure deepened his understanding of banking finance, evolving his role into that of a "Technical Business Consultant." His ventures into the medical IT field further underscored his innovative spirit, notably when he co-founded a company that pioneered the integration of computer technology in general practice, a venture he later sold to a major player in the medical IT industry.
Frank's foray into property investment began in September 2000 with the purchase of his first Buy-to-Let property. Over the years, he has developed a multi-million-pound portfolio, expertly managed under his own limited company. His extensive involvement in the property market also led him to establish a letting agency, reflecting a natural progression in his real estate endeavours.
Beyond his business acumen, Frank is an established author, addressing a gap in the market with a pioneering book on property accounting, available on Amazon. Leveraging his technical consultancy skills alongside his comprehensive property management experience, he has crafted a resource that serves as a cornerstone for industry professionals.
As an accredited speaker for the Property Investor Network (pin) and a seasoned property coach, Frank generously shares his wealth of knowledge, guiding aspiring investors through the complexities of property management.
